Overall I was pleased with the final outcome. The driver of the carrier was helpful and also cooperative with the delivery location and prompt with his times. Cascade was a little bit later with the shipping than was first discussed at the time of the contract phonecall.

Jeff from Cascade was appologetic for being late with the pickup but said that it was out of his hands. I believe that he made the effort to try and get my truck to me on time but was at the hands of the carrier.

Thanks for finally getting my new project to me and only 1 week later than was originally agreed upon. I would probably use this company again if I needed to get another vehicle.

As you saw not all pickups happen as fast as we would like but that doesnt stop us from digging in and make it happen. I do want to thank you for your understanding that.
