1-day after Kimberly Freiley's original projection - GREAT job

I needed my vehicle shipped across country (NC-WA) on super short notice, and this was my first time shipping a vehicle.

After taking a day or two to research things here on Transport Reviews as well as elsewhere on the internet, Cascade jumped out to me as a company I should call. As soon as Kim (360-834-7898) answered the phone, was a real person, answered all my questions, and made me feel at ease (not to mention gave me the best price quote i'd yet recieved) - I knew going with Cascade was the right thing to do.

As soon as my vehicle was available, it sat for a day or two waiting to be picked up. Though it was somewhat nerve-wracking, Kim even called to let me know that there were companies interested (humorously one wanted MORE money to pick it up LATER - in her words... "ummm NO"). Before much later it got picked up and I was given a projection of Saturday (roughly a week) until I got my car.

The ONLY negative was that delivery was one day later than projected. Despite this, the truck driver called me in advance to let me know, and we set up a time for delivery. On day of delivery, the truck was late, and every time I called to check up on what was going on I was given a clear explanation. Long story short - the driver was screwed around with by another client and spent half the day waiting to drop another car off. This led to me getting my car a good 8-9 hours after the scheduled time. Again, the driver was extremely apologetic, nice, and clear about the whole ordeal - which is all I was hoping for anyway.

My car arrived in great condition, with nothing messed up or in bad condition. The only negative was the trunk was covered with bugs because it was at the front of the truck. Of all things, that was the least of my concerns, it was on the trunk and not the windshield, and the driver even gave me a good step-by-step in getting it all cleaned off.
