We here at Cascade do everything we can to make our customers moves as fast, efficient and stress free as possible. Stan placed his order early and was told that carriers tend to wait until the vehicles are available BEFORE accepting a load. We had Stan scheduled to be picked up 8 days after his first available date.
As per our terms and conditions state.....The normal pickup timeframe is 1 to 10 business days. Pickup and delivery dates are contingent upon carrier availability and season. All dates and times given are an approximation. We cannot guarantee exact dates or times of when the vehicle will be picked up or delivered. Carriers may be subject to delays.
And his vehicle was delivered 1 day later. I was in communication with Stan and his wife before my vacation and while I was gone my fellow team members were available for any questions and continued to work on getting their daughters car moved. However when I was able to secure a spot for their daughters car the carrier requested 150.00 more then I originally quoted. I called and talked to Diane, Stan’s wife and told her what the carrier was asking for. I also gave her the option to NOT accept that carrier and I would continue to look. She AGREED to additional 150.00 if I would take 100.00 off my deposit, which I did to get her daughter her car. She originally agreed to add her 50.00 portion of the additional funds at delivery bringing her total to 655.00 before rebate. She then called me back less then 10mins later and asked if I could waive rebate and add those funds to order so her total did not increase. I reluctantly agreed as this is NOT common practice and I had to get special approval. When Stan called me this morning asking about how to complete the rebate process and I explained what Diane, his wife, had told me to do he became horribly belligerent and I had to tell him I was going to terminate the call if he couldn’t talk to me with out all the F bomb flying out of his mouth every other word. I do apologize about any confusion about this move. But I at no point LIED to ANYONE. If you read through my other reviews you can see that even when its not the happiest I ALWAYS tell my customers EVERYTHING. Nor do i ever make promises to a customer that i have no way of being able to keep. I also COMPLETELY disagree with Stans comment about only a good review get a rebate ...we want ACTUAL, HONEST responses from our customers.
As per our rebate terms and conditions state.... Keep in mind that we try and provide the highest level of customer service for all of our clients, however we do understand that we cannot please everyone. If you feel that you are unable to give us a 5-Star excellent rating, please contact us and we will try and compensate you. If you are still unable to provide us with a 5-Star Review, this does NOT disqualify you from the $50 rebate
