I certainly had no idea what this process was suppose to be but Kim was a great contact to have.

Our son's car was totaled and he needed a vehicle so our extra had to go from Maine to Texas, short of us driving it I had no clue.
To the rescue comes Kim.
Being in Maine it took three weeks but it got there in good shape and during that three weeks Kim and I where in contact every other day.
She is the key to Cascade, personality plus.
I certainly will call her if in need again and I will encourage friends to use this service through Kim.
