I called Cascade desperate, I was already in Florida and the original company I hired to transport my s500 Mercedes from Virginia could not fit my 22 inch rims on their truck. I went straight thru to a rep named Blaine, no automated crap EVER which was a major plus. Blaine helped me from start to finish always there when I called even after my car was delivered, always friendly going out of his way to help me, with timely followup emails and phone calls that were so unexpected and very appreciated. My car was supposed to be picked up on Sunday but after a little communication mix up it was picked up on Monday, which made absolutely no difference since it still arrived Wednesday on schedule. Even with the $983 pricetag I am very very satisfied and so grateful I have my car in time for Xmas Saturday. Thank u Blaine!
