As an average consumer who doesn't ship cars all the time (or ever), Cascade made my first experience easy, comforting and even fun. Blaine went above & beyond my expectations. I contacted them around 4 pm on Tuesday, December 22. Given the time of the year, I assumed I wouldn't see my car for at least a week. But, within 2 hours Blaine had arranged for my car to be picked up in Dallas on Wednesday, December 23 & delivered to me in Nashville on Christmas Eve. Merry Christmas to me! Cascade is the bomb! Jeff & others in the office that I spoke to were also incredibly helpful, personable & professional. If I ever need to transport a vehicle in the future, I will definitely use Cascade. For those of you who think customer service is dead, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Cascade defines great customer service. Thank You.
