Kim at Cascade was outstanding! From the moment I requested a quote she went above and beyond. Ultimately I chose Cascade because of the reviews listed here and Kim's honesty and incredible customer service. The estimated date of pick-up changed once or twice, putting the carrier 1-2 days late. Kim was aggressive in insuring that my wife's vehicle arrived on or before Christmas. I have to give a lot of credit to the carrier, Mobile Transport, as well for really pushing to get the vehicle to Washington ASAP. The estimated delivery date was December 25. My wife is in the Navy and was to leave the base that day under no circumstance. I called Mobile Transport and told them this and they managed to get the vehicle there on the 24th, a day early. The car was a little dirty on arrival, but that's understandable. No damage. I would absolutely recommend Cascade to anyone out there looking to transport your vehicle. Kim, you are amazing! Thank you for making my Christmas season a little less stressful.
