Después de adquirir un precio billete en este lugar el autobús se descompuso y nos dejó varados en la vid. En lugar de esperar varias horas para un camión de servicio decidimos mirar el problema nosotros mismos, hemos sido capaces de arreglar (el problema era debido a la falta de mantenimiento). Cuando llamamos a quejarse y pedir reembolso hicieron caso omiso a nuestras llamadas, nunca recibió una llamada de vuelta y nunca fue emitido un reembolso o siquiera un gracias para la fijación de su autobús que nos dejaron varados durante varias horas.
Esta empresa es muy mala...
*** Don't Use This Company - They Are A Rip Off ***
After purchasing an over priced ticket at this place the bus broke down and left us stranded on the grapevine. Instead of waiting several hours for a service truck we decided to look at the problem ourselves, we were able to get it fixed (the problem was due to poor maintenance). When we called to complain and seek reimbursement they ignored our calls, we never received a call back and was never issued a reimbursement or even a thank you for fixing their bus which left us stranded for several hours.
This company is very bad..........
