Complete disaster...threats

first, they took my credit card and said I could charge the full amount. The driver shows up in CA at 9:30 at night and demands a check/cash for the full amount. The driver and his brother were unreasonable. I told them it was charged to my credit...they insisted on a bank check at 9:30 at night. I told them it was impossible. We called Lisa, the rep, and woke her up. She admited that she made a mistake. She should have only put a deposit of $130 on my card. During the call she promised to promptly refund my deposit to my credit card if I would pay the driver the full amount. After many threats from the driver, he agreed that I would go to the bank the next morning and get him the cast ($1100....the quote was for $1081). The next morning I paid the driver and got my car. After phone calls and emails to Lisa and Ryan at Charley Ford...I have not received any communication from them...and no credit for the deposit to my credit card. These people are completely disrepitable, and I urge people to never to do business with them.

In addition, they told me my car would go on a company truck...it did not...it was given to a very hostile and threating independent operator.

I truly feared for my safety when dealing with this driver and his brother. They were out of control!!!
