Global Logistics Carrier was not pro-active at all regarding contacting me when my car might be picked up for shipping from Colorado to Louisiana. Every time I called the "company" number, the person that answered sounded like I had woken him up and I had to ask if he was with Global Logistics. The car was delivered on the same day that my movers were delivering my household good. In the chaos of that day, I missed that the antenna on my Prius had been broken during transport. Global Logistics refused to accept the subsequent claim. A shoddy outfit - go elsewhere for your auto shipping needs!
