I have not completed my shipment yet but so far, this company is so awesome! I was so nervous because my vehicle is leaving from Hawaii to the east coast but my sales rep has gone above and beyond service. Gerson answers all my questions and concerns, no matter what the problem. He answers every phone call and email, even when I ask him a "simple" question. He never makes me feel like I'm a bother. I am super happy so far and will, and have been, recommending this company to everyone I know.. Thank you for the great customer service!
