After receiving numerous quotes from different transport companies I came down to two, then I get a call from Mr. John Rudolph at Cobalt Logistics and am I glad I picked up his call!
We all hear the horror stories spread on the internet or over the phone about dealing with transporters and I can say with confidence that Mr. Rudolph was very helpful and detail oriented in regards to shipping my car. He was not pressuring me into placing the order but more into making me feel comfortable in my decision of who to choose.
Even though his price was a tad bit higher than others(my pops used to tell me "cheap thing no good, good thing no cheap", boy has he always been right) what cut the cake, was the fact that not only is Cobalt A+ rated on BBB or 5 stars on here BUT he provided me with his personal cell #! To me that is going the extra mile due to the fact that I have previously used other companies in the past and you know its bad when they either don't pick up or return your calls.
Most importantly, the vehicle arrived just as it was placed on the carrier, in pristine condition. A++ all across the board!!
Once again, I would like to thank John Rudolph and the team at Cobalt Logistic Services for a job well done and for exceeding my expectations.
Do yourself a favor and go with the best!! You guys have found a lifetime customer!!
