If you are a first time user of auto transport services, Cobalt Logistics is the one to go to. It can be an unnerving experience even when you do research on your own and find out the transport business is an unregulated business. While I received many quotes and a significant portion of them lower than what was quoted by Cobalt, Rick was very professional in not only extending the quote (car was not ready) but in explaining the entire process to include what I should look for in company quotes, what not to accept from other companies and what to do when the car arrives. I was pleasantly surprised that the car even arrived two days early. The exterior of the car was dirty but that's to be expected on an open carrier driven for 3500 miles in inclement weather. Cobalt is a broker company and after experiencing delays in the car being ready for pickup, he obtained a top rated carrier the very next day. I would definitely use Cobalt again and recommend them to others.
