i already talked with my bank and opened a claim this afternoon guys, they double charged my debit card right after my bank called them, which consolidated agreed to refund me 175 bucks but no only they failed to do that, they charged me 175 bucks again using a different name(universal transport service) just like an hr and half ago. i mean its unbelievable. they not only did not refund my first 175 bucks but charged another same amount right after me and my bank spoke with them. its the scariest experience I've ever had though I'm pretty sure my bank will help me fight them back, its still a pain in the neck as i don't know which company i can trust ever again in the future if i want to ship my vehicle. they of course are not picking up my phone calls/returning my emails just like most of you guys are experiencing right now. what i would suggest is to TALK TO YOU BANK. if necessary, open a lawsuit with them since WE ARE TOTALLY ROBBED WITH NO SERVICE PERFORMED BY THEM. just please stop bullying us as customers we chose to trust you and we don't deserve to be treated like this.
