When I booked my car to be moved I was concerned about the trailer the car was going on. I was moving a $100k car and DID NOT want to put it on an open trailer while traveling through the mountains. I was told the driver would NOT be going through the mountains but through Arizona, New Mexico and then north to Denver. I was also told the truck was a flat bed style with a hydraulic lift as I didn't want my car under anything that might be leaking. Well my car shows up and I find out the driver drove through the mountains during a snow storm!! I SPECIFICALLY TOLD CONTINENTAL I DID NOT WANT THE CAR TO GO ON AN OPEN TRAILER THROUGHT THE MOUNTAINS AND THEY LIED TO ME BY CLAIMING IT WAS NOT GOING THAT WAY. Yet the driver told me he NEVER intended on going through AZ/NM! The trailer was a double stack style and was absolutely filthy when it arrived. Not only was it dirty due to a snow storm in the mountains and Denver but the drivers had touched the car with sand, dirt, gravel all over it resulting in scratches. I've left multiple messages for Continental and have NEVER got a call back.

If you move a Honda Accord this may be the right company. However, if you want a good, reliable, honest and customer service type of outfit this is NOT the company to use. Do yourself a favor and find a company you can count on!
