I received a quote for a fairly easy move via email. The movers called and said they would be late because they were unloading another truck in my town. When they finally arrived, they tried to up the price and make me pay their tolls.

They already told me they were in my town so obviously the prior customer paid their tolls. I complained, they made a call back to their office in Bayonne, NJ and took on the move. They moved my furniture and set it up - there is some damage. They did not go back for the remaining boxes as requested and I spent another day and a half moving them myself.

I paid for 5 hours labor and got 1.5 hours labor. When I called to discuss, they hung up on me. Who does that?!? What kind of professional business does that?! I wasn't screaming or yelling, I was very calm and factual and they hung on me.

I called back and talked with someone else - they told me they would give me a partial refund which never arrived.

I would never use this company again and will warn you against using them as well. I've never encountered such unprofessionalism as I did with this experience. They cannot be trusted and yes, they only except cash which is very telling.

I had 10 other quotes from other movers and I made a big mistake when I chose this one.
