I needed to transport my son's Mustang from St Petersburg, Fl to Fort Lewis, Wa when he was stationed there after basic training. I had never shipped a vehicle before, so I didn't know what to expect. I put in for quotes on a couple of websites, and was amazed at the number of responses I received. I spoke with Madeline at Core Nautical after receiving a quote via email. I had read a lot of tips online about what to be careful about when picking a company, but she gave me a lot of additional information. I called to set up the shipment on Tuesday morning, and she said she would find a truck for me asap....saying it would probably be within a couple of days. The cost was $975. Not the cheapest, but not the most expensive either. That night I got a call from a driver that said he could pick it up the next morning if it was ready to go. Wednesday morning at 9:00am I got another call from the driver to pick the car up, saying he would be there in about 1/2 an hour. He was, and loaded the truck quickly and was professional and thorough. He had 2 more vehicles to pick up before heading towards Wa, but said delivery would be in approximatly 7-10 days. I was already very pleased with the service with both Core Nautical and the trucker, but to my amazement the car was delivered on Tuesday of the following week....6 days from door to door. It was in good condition and there were no problems with either the pick up or delivery. I would definitly use Core Nautical again without hesitation.
