I turned to Core Nautical Group after another carrier, Transport Services never picked up my car, NEVER returned my calls or emails and hung up on me numerous times when I called and got a live person in their office. Transport Services did however make sure to take my money for doing nothing for me. Veronica at Core Nautical was the first person to answer on a Saturday at quitting time. She stayed after hours to try to help me with my situation. She took time to explain what she could do, and that on Monday when she was back in the office that they would contact me with an update. They DID. At that point, I was contacted by Laura Gomez, who I continued to deal with until the car delivered. It was picked up when the said it would be, it was delivered when they said it would be. If I called, they answered. If I left a message, they replied. I am in customer service at a Fortune 500 company. I am very aware of what great customer service is and I experienced the best dealing with Laura, Veronica and Core Nautical. Subsequently.. they dispatched Summit Transport to pick up and deliver the car.. FANTASTIC!!! Dave (dispatch) and Dave (driver) were curteous, polite, and very personable. Pls continue to use them for your car transport!
