Communication with Jess was timely and straightforward. Process was smooth and exactly as described. Almost all quotes were close, but this one was within the low end of the range. It was not a "bargain", but as they described how the industry works - brokers and independent drivers - there really are no bargains. Price included last-minute $100 adder for a packed car, but that was reasonable (there would not have been any if only the trunk was filled, as I understand it). So this seems to be a legitimate, efficient service and since many people are only doing this once, that is important to know.
