I have to say I was very skeptical of this process. I had only heard stories of bad experiences shipping cars. But this was honestly the smoothest, easiest part of my car buying process. Victoria and everyone I talked to at Corp Auto Trans were extremely professional, responsive and straight forward. When they didn't know an answer to a question, they didn't just give me some BS, but took the time to get an honest answer and real information. Dispatch got back to me after hours to give me updates on pickup, and even the drivers were courteous, responsive and did what they said they would do. I only wish I could say the same thing about the BMW dealer we purchased from.
