Just wanted to post a positive review for Cosmos Auto. I recently purchased a BMW from a private dealer and needed it to be shipped from CA to NY. Originally, I was going to go with DAS because of their affordable price; but after seeing their BBS report and their negative reviews, I decided to look elsewhere. I received a quote from Cosmos Auto for D2D service and their price was actually lower than DAS. I decided to pay in full for the slight chance my order would be given more of a priority. I was aware of the 7 day window (as stated in the contract) and to my surprise, Cosmos was able to schedule the pickup on time of the requested date. I was told that the delivery would take somewhere between 7-10 days. Luckily, I got a call from the carrier just yesterday and my vehicle was shipped 3 days ahead of schedule. The car was in overall good condition, judging from the inspection report from pickup, leaving me satisfied with no worries. I am very pleased with the carrier chosen by Cosmos. Nonetheless, I was kind of caught off guard by the sudden phone call that my car was ready; a day in advance would have been better. Other than that, I can't complain. Overall, my experience with Cosmos has been more than satisfactory and my expectations were exceeded.
