Exceeded my expectations (cost and friendliness)

I was extremely nervous after reading some of the reviews however I felt at ease knowing I was referred by a friend. I contacted Cosmo on a Thursday evening, faxed the requested forms and called them to confirm receipt. They advised my car would be picked up on Monday or Tuesday and I would be contacted by the driver with k-line company. They also provided the name and phone number of my driver. The driver with k-line (I forgot his name) called me the day before pick up and gave me the approximate time for our meet up location which was a few blocks away. He then called again about 30 minutes before to ensure the time would work. It did! The hardest part was waiting for my car to arrive at my new location in TX. As the driver and Cosmo said, the car arrived the following Tuesday around 8 PM. The car was dirty as to be expected but was in the original condition and DAMAGE FREE!! My trunk was stuffed with my lifeline and nothing was out of place. Thank You Cosmo! I would use you time and time again and appreciate the fast service and low, low cost. Everyone I knew was suspicious because of the low cost but both my pocket book and I THANK YOU! You've set the bar high for other overpriced shipping companies to step their game up.
