They are obviously scamming their customers. We booked them April 1st, paid in full and got overcharged an extra $250 "by mistake". A mistake they never corrected. They failed to provide the service. They rescheduled and didn't show up numerous times until after a month we had to cancel the service. They said they would issue a refund but never did and we have been calling/emailing without any resolution.
