DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I put the order in on July 25th for a pick up on August 4 from MA to CAlifornia. Spoke to Lewis who at the time appeared very helpful. I didn't hear from them, so I called on August 2 to get verification. Lewis assured me my vehicle was going to get picked up as agreed ujpon on August 4. I then rented a car due to work, the vehicle was never pick up, I called all day on the 4th and the 5th, and I had to be on the road to California on the 6th. They finally returned my call and Lewis then went on to state there was a problem with the carrier and he would contact me in a few hours. I got on the road to California and spent the next few days on THE ROAD trying to get a hold of Countrywide. I spoke to "Al" and told him I wanted to reimburse me for the unnecessary car rental i had because my vehicle stood in the driveway all weekend. "Al" said he would take it off from the Bill of Laden, but he refused to acknowledge when my vehicle was going to get pick up. FINALLY my vehicle was picked up 4 days later and when I arrived to California I had to rent another car until my vehicle was delivered. THERE DOOR TO DOOR POLICY IS FRAUDELENT!!! My dad had to drive my car 2 MILES AWAY to get pick up and I had to meet the carrier OFF THE HIGHWAY to get my vehicle because they said they couldn't pick up or deliver in a residential area!!! I called "AL" regarding my reimbursement for my car rentals and he said to email the Board of Directors and they will decide. I DIDN'T HEAR FROM THEM AFTER ABOUT 5 EMAILS, so I went to there so-called Headquarters in Ladera Ranch, Californa, and it was a UPS mailbox store!!! when I called the company to get verification of the address the female said that it was 27762 Antonio Parkway, Suite #L1601!! I told the female how could it be because I was in front of it, the UPS mailbox store!!! she then hesitated and I again asked her what is the correct address, she then transferred me to "Al" who as usual was rude and unprofessional and couldn't even speak right, and kept on lying, finally saying he would give me a $100 discount on my next transport!!! then he stated he will re-submit my claims!! THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!!!!!!!

WE ACTUALLY PAID $150 ADDITIONAL OUT OF COMPANY EXPENSE TO GET THIS CUSTOMER'S CAR OVER TO HIM IN EXCELLENT CONDITION.THIS IS ANOTHER EXAMPLE OF A CUSTOMER THAT HAS UNREASONABLE EXPECTATIONS WHEN IT COMES TO AUTO TRANSPORT WHEN HE OPTS OUT TO PAY EXTRA FOR GURANTEED TIME FRAMES.OUR LADERA RANCH OFFICES IS BASED OUT OF A 40,000 SQUARE FEET BUILDING IN THE CORPORATE CENTER OF DOWNTOWN LADERA RANCH.WE DO NOT ACCEPT WALK IN CUSTOMERS BECAUS OUR DISPATCH CENTER IS SET UP AS A CALL CENTER FOR OUR 30 EMPLOYESS.WE HAVE OUR UPS STORE THAT HANDLES OUR LARGE VOLUME OF MAIL.
