ONE OF THE WORST SERVICE IN US

I created this order a week back May8th the representative was so polished in her speech to make my pickup fast and efficient. She even asked me to pay in full. The first pickup date was May12th i was unable to understand this concept I thought that was the day my car was supposed to pickedup no proper explanation was given abt the concept of pickup date. well thats fine but considering May15th is my pickup date they assigned a carrier to pickup my car. When I called up on May14th evening to find out the status a person responded that a driver who is suppossed to pick up my car is 50 miles far away from the pickup spot and can expect to get them picked up on May15th. I asked my friend who was supposed to be going to office to hold on and work from home on that day further causing inconvinience they assigned a dispatcher whom when i called responded that my car will not be picked until MONDAY the May19th and was asked to contact the Countrywide. I called them back and the person said that the dispatched is supposed pick up my car come saturday and sunday(which he was not confirming either) and was trying to assign it to an earlier carrier and will call me up with the update. He never called up and I called them and informed them that i was extremely unhappy with the service and i wanted the cash to be refunded. I paid these guys 845$ assuming I will get a refund. Now they have said they cannot refund my money at this time. ARE THEY DOING JUSTICE TO THE CUSTOMER and their SERVICE? WELL IF THEY HAVE SOME GOODNESS SOMEWHERE AROUND THE CORNER THEY WILL I"M NOT ONE OF YOUR REGULAR CUSTOMERS BUT THAT DOESN"T MEAN YOU SHOULD NEGLECT OTHERS> GOD BLESS> WHAT ELSE I CAN DO APART FROM JUS WRITING THIS REVIEW

WE ALREADY HAVE THIS CUSTOMER CONNCETED TO OUR CARRIER 1ST CLASS AUTO ONE OF OUR 5 SATR RATED CARRIERS.DUE TO A RECENT HIKE IN GAS PRICES SOME ROUTES ARE TAKING LONGER THAN OTHERS FOR SCHEDULING A PICK UP IT IS A NATIONWIDE PROBLEM WE HAVE A 100% RATING WITHIN A CARRIER NETWORK OF 4,000 CARRIERS OTHER CARRIERS ARE EXPECTING DELAYS AS ALONG AS 3 TIMES THE TIME FRAME.
