Supposed to pick up vehicles on May 18 and May 22 but never did. When called would give the following answers:
a) Driver is 55 minutes away
b) Driver within the area
c) Driver wouldnt answer the phone
d) Will find out what really happened
e) We'll call you back in a few minutes (never did)
After 2 weeks, we decided to cancel orders and a new nightmare begins. Refund was promised in 24 hours but took them another 2 weeks to do it. When called would give the following reasons:
a) Already did the refund and it would take a few days for it to post
b) Forwarded it to the accounting department (does it actually exist?)
c) I did it the same day you cancelled the order
Only processed it after 2 weeks of phone calls.
If you want problems, lies, more expenses and enjoy getting stuck in a new place without your car, This is the right company !!!
