I may be to blame as much as they are since I did not get online to check out the reviews first before contacting Countrywide Auto Transport (Dumb, Dumb, Dumb). So on June 9th I received a quote from Countrywide and it was ~$200 cheaper than anyone else so I went with them not knowing what was to come. I paid in full on June 13th for a pick up of 7/13 with a window of 7/10-7/13. When we where not contacted I called them and like the other nightmares on here they told me there was a driver in the area and they would be calling anytime ( no one ever did). I called them several times trying to get them to send someone to pick up our car and was given the same lame story every time "A driver is in your area now and should be contacting you". The last straw was when I called on Monday 7/16 when we where already in Oregon and requested the car be picked up that day or I would cancel. Their response: "We have authorized company funds to give the driver incentive to pick up your car and they are in the area and will be contacting you shortly". Once again a huge LIE as no one ever did contact us. On 7/17 I requested a full refund and canceled the order. I did ask them to process the refund by close of business or I will start posting reviews on the web so here I am posting my review of this SCAM of a company. DO NOT USE THEM EVER! no matter how hard they try to blow smoke up your @#$ and make you think they are legitimate. THEIR NOT!

CUSTOMER WAS VERY RUDE AND BLAGERANT TO ALL OF OUR STAFF.EXERCISED OUR RIGHT AS BUSINESS TO CANCEL ORDER ON CUSTOMER.
