I contacted countrywide to ship my car, I initially spoke with Phil, who set everything up and sent me all the information and paperwork quickly, and took my $150 deposit THAT DAY. It was a week or two and I had not heard from anyone, so at that point I called and spoke to Chris, who assured me all was ok, and they were looking for carriers for my car. I called maybe once a week for a few weeks, only getting Chris on the phone, every time he assured me all was well and my car would be shipped. After about a month/ month and a half I sent an email stating I wanted my order cancelled and my deposite returned, I never received a response, so I called, speaking to Chris again, who tried to talk me out of cancelling my order, which I did not do. He told me my money would be returned, several weeks later, it had not been. So I called again, chris informed me that my bank had the option to hold my return up to 30 days, and to check after that amount of time had passed, but PROMISED me, the transaction had been completed. Well here it is MONTHS later, never got my deposit back, and chris informed me, they didn't have to, despite what their contract reads. So, my advice, don't use this company.
