We had accepted a quote, and paid a $200.00 deposit, when we received an offer to buy our vehicle. I called and left a message for Joanne to call us. A representative called us back within the hour. When I cancelled the pick-up, the rep was courteous and assured me that our deposit would be returned. Less than one week later we received a call from C.C.A.T. that our credit card had been refunded. The rep told me that the company had been bought out and the new owners are dedicated to improving the company and the company image. We were very satisfied with the outcome of this transaction.
