I just wanted to thank the personnel at Cross Country Auto Transport for the professional manner they handled the transportation of a relative's vehicle from Nevada to Columbus, Ohio. Even when they were challenged by delivery companies cancelling on their prearranged timeframes for pickup they were able to negotiate in my behalf with a different auto transport organization for not only the pick up of the vehicle, but the timely delivery of the same vehicle to my location in Ohio. The personnel within the organizations which were particularly helpful were Claire Abrahms 888-546-6683 x159 with the intial order, then her associate Tom Henderson 888-546- 6683 x 104 took over the assignment within their organization. But the big thanks should go to Ralph and the dispatching department 954-628-5538 for finding a carrier to take the vehicle from Las Vegas to Columbus, Ohio when others did not honor their previous commitments to pick up the vehicle. Thank you again for all your help in this matter. The car arrived in Columbus via Dependable Auto Shipper, through their Chicago terminal. The automoble arrived without any damage in a reasonable timeframe given the distance it had traveled. The delivery semi truck driver Jose and the Dependable Auto Shipper Dispatcher Phil were also great to work with as they were both coordinated by Ralph at Cross Country Auto Transport. Thanks again to everyone who helped transport this vehicle to the Columbus, Ohio Area for us. I would highly suggest all of these individuals as they really care about serving their customers in a respectable and honest method.
