Being the first time I have ever shipped a car I was unaware of how this whole process would work, but after speaking with my transport specialist Matt he was able to explain the whole process and give me details on my move I would have not known otherwise! Matt was extremely helpful with everything from start to finish and made sure I was extremely satisfied with every aspect of my shipment. Any question I had Matt was very easy to get in contact with and always a pleasure to speak with. I had got the runaround with another company before using Crosslands express and felt like Matt was honest and reliable on what he told me. It seems from what I have learned there are many brokers out their trying to make a quick buck and will tell you anything you want to hear to do so and Matt was the complete opposite! Thanks to Matt my car made it safely from Miami, FL to Los Angeles ,CA safely with no problems and I'm the time frame that I was told (7-10 days) and it was only 8 days before I was driving around again. I would definitely recommend using this company again to anyone who is shipping the vehicle because honesty, reliability, and of course competitive pricing is what you will get if you do!
