This was the first time I have ever done a shipping for my vehicle. I was a bit overwhelmed since I don't know who to trust or which company to go for. So of course, I went with the one that got back to me quickly with a reasonable quote. I called Matt up and asked for more information and he was very patient and understanding of my questions and concerns.
There was changes of plans after my first initial deal with Matt but he was so understanding and worked with me through all the unexpected changes. He quickly located a driver for me with the price I wanted and got everything rearranged shortly. He's always easy to reach and prompt with replies and updates on the progress.
There were some ridiculous requests and misunderstandings from the car carrier company on the day before my car got delivered but Matt was willing to deal with the car carrier company for me as well as with the driver. It was very frustrating but Matt made everything easier and so much more acceptable.
My car arrived at the destination safe and sound despite the dramas with the company. And Matt was the STAR of the whole process! Nothing would have been done nice and safely if it wasn't for Matt! He's awesome and highly recommended!
