After making the mistake of posting my car on 3 sites and giving 2 weeks to pickup I was inundated with calls, emails and texts. Many repeated contact, which I can appreciate. I just didn't realize how many would scramble for my business. Prices varied from $500-$1275. I quickly learned why by learning how the business works. It's a shame though that 98% of brokers bad-mouth all the rest. They had the spiel down to an art, which was actually a red flag clue. I waded through a dozen before landing on Andrew whom immediately upon answering took a more casual and honest approach. He proceeded to accommodate discussion on an aspect of the process and allowed me to understand exactly how he would assist in totally honest terms that I could understand on my level from my point of view. Others may figure they don't have time for all that, but they do, because it didn't take much more effort besides courtesy and giving a darn about customer service and ensuring the customer was happy and satisfied from the start. But Andrew did indeed go well beyond that I must admit. That's both an excuse for the others that would likely never put that kind of time into a single sale and a major prop to Andrew for going above and beyond. In the end he promised a price and wouldn't charge me until we had a committed driver/truck AND the car was picked up. Another major bonus over many other brokers. He also explained the process of loading and unloading and my rights to inspection and claims prior to signing the Bill of Lading. Then he surprised me again when he offered to wait for the right driver of his experienced choice, that was not on his do-not-call list. And yet again he put my mind at ease by offering to introduce me to the driver via phone before handing me off to him. Andrew was honest to admit that all he does is find the right one and hand me over and bill me after load-up. He got me connected with Felix Magut of Middle River, MD which is 45 mins from me and the rest went great!! I can't say enough good about Andrew of Cruise Control Auto Transport. And I wouldn't be so glowing with this review if I hadn't spent 3 days talking to at least a dozen other companies multiple times and finding out he is notches above them all in honesty and customer service. Plus he had the only A+ rating on the Better Business Bureau website. This site is not the place to ensure you know who the inferior companies are. They can delete bad reviews here. Do your homework! Then call Andrew and prove to him you did your homework and he'll take you the rest of the way with grade A service. A good and lasting business isn't in the fast volume but the lasting quality. NO incentive was offered or provided to me for posting this. I just honestly feel this way and waited for a weekend when I had time to write it.
