I have never had to have a car shipped before. Andrew took the time to explain everything to me and answered my questions. He offered a fair price. I became concerned after a week with no drivers picking up my route. Andrew is always on top of it. I was never put on hold when contacting him and he answered my emails or was calling me within minutes. He was reassuring. As long as you are patient and give time to get things arranged, he will get it done. He even took part of his broker fee and put it toward the carrier fee to do what he could do to pick up more interest in my car. 11 days from the posting, I received a call that he had a driver. My car was picked up that evening from New York State and was in Iowa by the next afternoon! I had asked for an open trailer and ended up with an enclosed one- paid total of $975- of which others wanted $1600 for an enclosed! The carrier was prompt, made immediate contact with the seller and also to who he was delivering too. All involved felt they had a great experience with them. I would definitely use Cruise Control Auto Transport services again!
