I would have given penny and crystal car shipping 5 stars, but on the day my car was to be picked up the driver canceled. Penny immediately found me another driver and the quotes were significantly higher and she got one driver to do it at a rate lower then the other drivers, but it still cost me $500 more than I was quoted and agreed to pay. Having said that Penny was wonderful and I would recommend her and crystal car shipping
