Dear Adam, please accept our sincerest apologies for the terrible inconvenience you faced. We have investigated your order and we have to admit that the information provided by your shipping agent is true and the driver that was originally assigned to your order has canceled due to losing his other loads. We had to search for other options and we apologize for the price change. If you allow, we can go ahead and send some requests to the drivers that operate on your route in order to see what other options are there.
