I was having less than a good experience from another shipper and I didn't feel that they were going to be able to have my pick up shipped. So I decided to do some more reviewing of shippers and found DIY and sent in a request for quote and the price was fair. Nathan, my customer service person was extremely profession and walked me through all the steps of the process and DIY had me a shipper within 3 HOURS of speaking to Nathan. Of course I did have to pay a bit more but I needed a guarenteed ship by date. The transporter that shipped my pick up (Don) was also very helpful in eplaning the shipping of my pick up from Florida to Wisconsin and he called before he came to pick it up and called to let me know he delivered it right in my new home driveway and took a snapshot of it to ensure it was where it was supposed to be and called while I looked at the pic to confirm. Overall five stars all the way!
