Initially I received a quote from DIY Transport and various auto transportation company/agency. I didn't go with DIY Transport at first because another company called Montway offered me $75 cheaper and their website look better. Boy, that was the worst mistake I ever did choosing Montway. After Montway lied to me twice I cancelled with them and immediately looked for another company to help me transport my car. I called DIY Transport and a guy named Brandon picked up. I told him my urgent need and that my car need to be picked up at the auction site the same day because Montway screwed up and couldn't assign a driver when they had 5 days to do so. Anyway, Brandon was really good, he took ownership of the request and within half an hour, he was able to find me a driver. I was really really impressed with his customer service. Brandon from DIY, if you are reading this,thank you again! The only feedback that I have for DIY Transport is to add a chat feature to their website. That would really help future customer.
