Contacted DIY to secure a load from CA to Colorado... the representative , David ws super helpful and very efficient in finding what I needed. After some time, the vehicle I was trying to secure for this fell thru and I had to cancel with David. even though I cancelled, David made sure I was not charged a cancellation fee as stated in contract. When I do need to move a vehicle, there is no doubt I will use DIY again, and I will recommend my friends and family to DIY. David did an exceptional job.
