I give DIY a 5 rating. Brandon was awesome. He was knowledgeable and patient. The car was picked up very quickly by 1 Stop Trucking Corp. The driver was nice at first and very thorough however when it came time to deliver the vehicle he was rude and disrespectful. He provided an ETA then got a flat tire, which is understandable however his communication during the time of the flat tire to deliver was very poor. My daughter waited 3 hours for the vehicle. When I called he screamed, yelled, and cussed me out. He told me he drove fast, slept very little, and he was hungry. Because of that I do not recommend 1 Stop Trucking Company simply because NO customer should have to deal with an angry truck driver who is hungry and drove hours and hours to deliver your car. I paid for the service. He didn't do it for free!

I did contacted DIY and talked to Jessica about another issue. She was professional, polite, concerned, apologetic, and handled the situation in a very professional manner. Thank you Brandon and Jessica!

Vicky, we are proud to have a patient and knowledgable agent such as Brandon here at DIY. Please note that while we do work within a carrier network of independent carrier companies, we do not represent the carrier '1Stop Trucking Corp.' directly and it's staff as our own. The events that took place are not the way we conduct business and such actions/ treatment to our clients will not be tolerated. We expect all carriers to remain polite and respectful throughout the transport process. The carrier assigned has been flagged for improper code of conduct, immediately spending any current contracts between DIY Transport and 1Stop Trucking Corp. until matters have been appropriately addressed.
