We had two cars that needed to be sent across the country. We had very strict time line on pick up due to unexpected circumstances. Roberta reassured me that she had spoken with Andy, the driver, and he had promised to pick the cars up on the day we needed. Andy called to confirm the day before and gave us a time frame to expect him. He called 30 minutes prior to arrival to give me time to get home from work. He loaded the cars up and the whole thing was done very quickly and with great ease! I couldn't believe it! We were okay with the cost because we were guaranteed an exact day for pick up and delivery, which most companies would never commit to. The cars were in a truck that only holds 2 cars so we knew there would be no other interruptions in the delivery. Roberta called me to give me updates. It was so refreshing to have them call me with updates rather than me trying to get a hold of someone to see what's going on. Also, they always answer the phone! I honestly cannot say enough good things about the level of professionalism of Andy and Roberta. I was thoroughly impressed and it was worth every penny! The cars were in the same exact condition they left in. I know it is very stressful to find a good mover and trust me, I called dozens and was feeling very hopeless until I spoke with Roberta. They do their own transports so they are not contracting other companies to move your car. You are dealing directly with the people that will be moving your car. I would recommend DNA transport to anyone who has a cross country move.
