Very poor customer service and very late!

I am very dissatisfied with the service from Dakota Auto Transporters. They may have been the cheapest company I could find to transport my vehicle, but I guess the saying is true..."You get what you pay for." I paid $625.00 to have someone pick up my vehicle in CA and then to drop off my car in MN. It took them 18 days to deliver my car. We were called and told that the car was to be delivered on May 14th and then no one showed up with my car that day. When we tried to contact the company and the driver (which we were told that if we had any questions at all, to feel free to contact them without any problem), no one would answer the phone and the voice mail was full so we couldn't even leave a message. Once I finally got someone on the phone the driver, Steve, was extremely rude and actually hung up on me. It turns out that my car was delivered with a flat tire and extremely late. Not exactly what I call a deal. I would not reccommend this company to anyone I care about or even know for that matter. Pay the extra cash...this company is horrible!!!
