This company literally held my vehicles hostage! I had a Mazdaspeed 6 and Suzuki GS500 (motorcycle) transported from CA to MI. These guys are Arabs and their English is practically unintelligible over the phone. Vehicles were picked up on Sat and should have been delivered on following Friday, but weren't delivered until following Monday. They wanted to get paid BEFORE they delivered my vehicles and refused to deliver them until they did!! So what, I'm supposed to give you my car, the keys and $1500 and just say, "see you in Michigan"? My car and money could have disappeared into oblivion. How about you FINISH the job first, THEN get paid! My broker, who had already paid them half upfront as a sign of good faith, had to pay them with over the phone with a credit card before they would deliver my vehicles (3 days late)! And my car arrived dirtier than it's EVER been.
