What I am about to tell you can all be verified thru public access of court documents.

I hired Daniels Transport Service of Wilmington, NC to bring two cars down from Connecticut to New Jersey.

The price quoted by his then wife ( now divorced ) Nancy was $700.

When he arrived with the cars he demanded $300 MORE claiming it took longer to load them. I called the party he got them from and discovered he was lying. He went into a rage and said he would keep my cars and proceeded to yank one back onto the flate bed damaging it the process.

I called the police and thats when he RAMMED my car with me in it! Three times! The police arrived and caught him in the act and he was charged and convicted of Aggravated Assault in Camden, New Jersey Superior Court.

He was given 4 years probation and ordered restitution which three years later he has yet to pay. There is a judgement of $56K against him and an outstanding warrant should he ever appear in Camden County again.

In addition to this he has had numerous motor vehicle violations for speeding and reckless driving in Virginia and North Carolina.
