Dismal Performance from a Dishonest Company

DAS picked up my car a month ago and has still not delivered it. They missed the initial date despite confirming my car was on time the day before delivery.

Over the next several weeks DAS has ignored my calls, messages, and emails. They've given me a few new ETAs for delivery and then missed them, often without informing me until the evening before the delivery date. Today I found out that even though i was told that my car was put on a new carrier, the car is actually physically stuck on the original carrier.

They are already extremely late which is bad enough, but they've repeatedly hid the details of my shipment and lied to me about my car which is unacceptable for a service company. I hope that other people do not spend their hard earned money to have this kind of abysmal service.
