I shipped with them several times, and noticed that my tire replacement tools were stolen at least 2 times. Once on an Accord the other on a Camry.
DAS denied at first – when proven wrong they did not reimburse me claiming that the value is below deductible amount. Even once said that these items (JACK AND TIRE TOOL !!!) should not have been in the car!!!
