Car was dropped off at their terminal in San Diego, then sat there for over 2 weeks. Daily calls, daily excuses. Next stop Chicago terminal. Arrived there after 3 weeks. No truck available to bring it the last 300 miles. They told me if I wanted it so bad to drive to Chicago and pickit up. Horrible folks. $100K Mercedes in transit for nearly 1 month with daily lies of delivery. These people are bad actors. Do not use them.
