Recently, I ship my car from Phoenix, AZ to Rapid City of SD. I met the driver at Chryslers dealership, because he told me his trailer’s brake wouldn’t work well, even thought I pay for door-to-door service. When I got there, he still unloading the other vehicle so I went to check on the car, I notice my window was down I took a look inside and I saw dust everywhere. I smelled a very bad odor from the rain. Then the driver approached me and I asked the driver why my window was down. Then he started to badmouth at me and said it was not his business. He said he was just a delivery guy then he said do you want your vehicle or not. He said just give the money to me and get it over with it. All the time he kept badmouthing at me. So I was afraid at the time and I wanted my car then so I pay the cod of $520.00 all he did was signed and wrote pay in full. Theirs a gentleman nearby who also came to pick up his car. I approached him and asked if he could be my witness. He took a look at my van and said your window was down while the van was shipped from phoenix to South Dakota. He gave me his contact name & phone number incase the company wants it. On Friday July 27 was the day I picked up my van during my lunch break. I had to work all day so I didn’t have time to contact the company. Then the next day was the weekend so I new it was closed. On Monday July 30th I contacted George and told him I need to file a complaint. Then he gave me his manager’s extension number which is 204 I called the number two days in a row and left a message, but he never return my call. On august 1st I called George to tell him that his manager never returned my phone call. He then asked me to give him the message so he can give it to him. Then the manager Steven Nap called me right away, and I explained to him I need to file a complaint about my situation. He then told me he would get an insurance department person will give me a call. So I waited the next day no one contacted me I called Steven Nap again he transferred to an insurance department again I left a message still no one contacted me since then I called every day. On Monday August 6th I called Steven nap again then he gets mad at me he told me that if the driver was so rude to me I should call the police at the scene then he told me he would promise to call me today and let me know my status was. Then he didn’t call back again I gave him another day to call me, which he never did. On Wednesday august 8th my patient went out. I have two kids with me all the time. The van was so dirty that my kids always complain. Also I can’t believe the manager accused me for not calling a police man at the scene. Therefore the company is not responsible for it even though I had a witness at the scene. I told Steven I refuse to pay the deposit, which I made through the company. The way the company handles the complaint is very deficient. I would never recommend anyone using Dash auto mover network!

Cynthie I can understand your frustration, but as our representatives stated to you on the phone that if the Bill of Lading is not signed with the specified damage on the vehicle, the insurance company will not cover the loss. And the manager didn't accuse you of anything, he just said that if you felt threatened by the driver as you clearly stated to him, then you should have called the local authorities. I understand you have a witness, but you must understand in the auto transport business you must have the signed Bill of Lading.
