I booked my transaction 20 days ahead of pick-up and when I called them on the day for pick-up, they haven't even started working on my file but they promptly charged my credit card. They said they will arrange for pick-up within few days, so I waited and called a 100 times. Everytime I call they had an answer for me that was they will return my call within an hour which they never did in the one month of my trying to do business with these people. Finally they came with an offer in which I need to pay an extra $300 and drive my car to New York City driving 400 miles and meet the driver there and pick-up my car in Dallas again driving another 150 miles. They offered either I opt for it or cancel the order. Obviously I cancelled it and they assured me my money will be paid back to my credit card in a few days. It did not happen, so I called them again and again and again, although they said they will credit back but never did. My credit card company is now disputing the charges. This is absolutely the worst company you can trust!
