Dash submitted a pretty low bid - 760 - to move a Mustang from Arizona to Wisconsin, so I put $199 down and waited. No contacts of any kind for about 10 days, so I called and asked for a progress report. They said they could get no bids from carriers at that price. I offered to pay an extra 50 if they lowered their deposit by 50. No response. After many more days of no action, I asked for a refund by phone message and e-mail. They must have a great caller id system because they always took and returned my calls when placing the order, and never took and returned calls after the deposit was placed.
I finally got the deposit back through the credit card company dispute resolution process.
